Here's How To Use It

STEP 1 - Activation

Décolleté
Always begin at the décolleté because this is where many lymph nodes are located. Opening this area first allows proper drainage from the face later on.
Using gentle upward strokes encourages circulation and prepares the lymphatic pathways.

Scalp and Neck
The goal here is to relax tight muscles and fascia before starting facial gua sha. A relaxed scalp means better lifting results on the face, everything is connected.

STEP 2 - Prep Skin

Creating Slip
Never use gua sha on dry skin — you want smooth gliding to avoid pulling. Spray Replenishing Facial Essence and then apply Reviving Face Cream to create perfect slip. Tip: Apply Replenishing Essence as needed to create additional slip.

STEP 3 - Gua Sha Routine

Neck muscles
Start with the two main supporting neck muscles. These hold a lot of tension and directly affect facial sagging and jaw tightness.

  • Slow strokes upward to lift, then gentle drainage downward.

Jaw Area
Where many of us store stress.

  • Use firm but controlled pressure here to release tension and sculpt the lower face.

Cheeks + Jawline

  • On the cheeks and jawline, use upward lifting motions to encourage firmness and contour.

Lip area

  • Use the grooved side to gently stimulate circulation around the mouth.
  • Glide outward from the center of the lips toward the corners to soften smile lines.

Eye area
For the eye area, pressure becomes very light.

  • Small outward strokes help reduce puffiness and soften fine lines.

Forehead area

  • Use gentle upward strokes to relax the frontalis muscles and soften expression lines
  • For "11" lines, use ight pressure and small smoothing motions upward to help relax the area

TIP

  • Alway apply gentle pressure to avoid pulling the skin
  • After lifting, finish by gently guiding everything downward toward the lymph nodes near the neck are to allow toxins and excess fluid to drain properly.
  • Repeat each stroke at least 5 times
  • Remember to clean the gua sha with warm water and soap if needed and dry completely. Note: copper will oxidize once in touch with air and water.
  • Discoloration of gua sha is normal as copper metal oxidizes when coming in touch with air or moisture.

A Gut Pharmacist's Quest To Save Her Daughter’s Skin

"13 years ago, my daughter was born with a rare skin condition no one could solve. As a Doctor of Pharmacy, I became obsessed with understanding why some ingredients helped while others hurt.

At 40, my skin declared war - breakouts, dark spots, hyperpigmentation hit. No medical-grade, natural, or prescription product worked.

Until I connected my gastroenterology work: skin problems aren't about the ingredients. They're about the ecosystem.

Your skin is like your gut. It has a microbiome evolved over 200,000 years that decides whether it’s healthy or not.

Most women think inflammation, pigmentation and dark spots are just part of aging. It’s not. It’s a side effect of modern life - and it’s 100% reversible.

Now at 48, my skin is better than ever, and it has been that way consistently since using these products."
