- Triple C Serum
- Hydrating Moisturizer
- Revitalizing Eye Cream
- Reviving Face Cream
Exclusions: Samples, minis, travel sizes, bundled product sets, accessories and tools are not covered by this guarantee.
How It Works
- Use the product as directed, every day, for 45 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase from Plantkos.com is required for all refund requests. Purchases from third-party sellers are not eligible.
- If after 45 days of consistent use as directed you are not satisfied with your results, you may request a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping, taxes, and fees).
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10-14 business days after the request is processed.
When the guarantee does not apply: Our guarantee is based on consistent, proper use. It does not apply if:
- The product was not used as directed for the full 45 days
- The product was misused, including failure to follow usage instructions
- You experience an adverse skin reaction, including redness, dryness, peeling, irritation, itching, breakouts, or allergic reactions. While our formulas are designed for sensitive, microbiome-friendly skin, individual reactions can occasionally occur.
