Our clinical studies use 3D human skin models – bio-first skin-mimicking structures made from young keratinocytes (human skin cells) and adult fibroblasts (metabolically active, collagen-producing cells). These models incorporate all the vital biological components needed to replicate normal skin function, allowing us to test how our products perform at the cellular level.
How are your clinical studies different from other skincare brand?
Most skincare brands conduct clinical studies using human participants and rely on subjective feedback. We test on 3D human skin cells to understand how our products work in the skin's deepest layers, objectively measuring hydration, barrier function, microbiome health and inflammation response.
